Hello!

What a gem!

Martha Stewart products are relatively new to the Australian market and I found myself tossing up between Fiskars and the Martha Stewart. The main criteria my new cutter had to meet was 1. have an extendable arm and 2. cut straight. The MS certainly meets the criteria! The MS is quite a bit more expensive but I think it’s better to pay more to start with and get a good quality product.

I love that it not only has an extendable arm but three and has a edge down the side of the extendable arms to make sure the cut is perfectly lined up. at the top it has a slide out ruler

It also has the standard inches across the top ruler and centimeters on the bottom ruler.

Now there is also a middle ruler that looks like the numbers go backwards but you will notice on the side it says line paper here which then locks into place at 0.5inch interval so you just have to select the measurement you want and it locks into place then line up your paper with the edge which goes the whole length of the paper trimmer and cut. It’s a wonderful idea and it means you don’t have to keep trying to line up your paper just do it once and cut away!

There is also a great little compartment underneath to put your replacement blades in.

Welcome to my blog,

I have been making cards for family and friends for the last 5 years. I have recently started selling my cards at the markets, something I hope to continue in the future as well as online.

Hope you like the cards.
